The glass surfaces in the building help to connect between the outdoor, the indoor and nature
and not separate the building from the nature around it and the Nile with the possibility of closing it when needed
The palm trees
is one of the most important elements in the Nubian culture. The presence of the palm trees in the Nubian heritage is overwhelming and observed, especially in the Nile Basin. The palm tree does not run out, even after its stalk is spent and all the components of the palm tree are included in the Nubian house, its furniture, treatments and food
The building has a wonderful view on the Nile from all directions
with seating areas, Nubian music, Nubian dances and children's play on the site, where the ground floor occupies only about 26% of the total area of the site and most of the rest is shaded by the emergence of the upper floor and platform
The presence of the building on an island in the Nile helps to moisturize and improve the atmosphere due to the water area

which expresses the Nile is the most obvious element in the site
Access to the island by boats, as in Nubia, OBLIQUE to see part of the building before entering
Main Entrance
from the side closest to the city and its main streets. When you enter from one side of the theater for easy access, and from the other side you will find the reception , lounges , cafeteria and then exhibitions
Secondary Entrance
from the side closest to the island of Sohail and West Sohail, where the Nubians and craftsmen who the project seeks to provide job opportunities for them, we find on both sides of the craft workshops and the administration, as it is the closest entrance to the workers in the place
Terraces / Platforms
terraces at the restaurant on the last floor and the library on the penultimate floor and between the exhibitions on the first floor, platforms between buildings in every floor to connect between various functions in total building ,it has spaces interspersed with palm trees and spaces with glass surfaces to make a visual connection between the floors and each other , where you can see the whole island and most of the building, and from the top you can see Sohail Island and West Sohail, where the Nubian architecture and the distinctive forms of houses and their lives, and from the other side you see the city
